Material Innovation
Market standard: PC+ABS, often with mineral/glass fiber. The final device thickness is around 1.6mm to 2mm.
Our progress: Extensive R&D on carbon fiber and glass/carbon-reinforced Nylon (PA) material prescription. We have accumulated substantial experimental data through comprehensive testing of tooling and materials. By adopting new materials, we can achieve a thickness of just 1.0mm to 1.3mm while maintaining original strength standards—resulting in a lighter and more cost-effective solution. Based on this robust test data, we are progressively integrating these new materials and advanced tooling techniques into mass production.
